Trips don't die at booking. They die at dates.

Dates never align, destination debates go in circles, and one organiser carries all of it. Booking tools arrive too late: the gap is between "let's go somewhere" and "everything's booked."

The research killed my first guess.

I assumed itinerary building was the pain. It wasn't. Date alignment was the #1 friction for 80%+ of respondents, and 35% of dead trips died on dates alone.
